5.0 on Google

A Meta Ads Manager screen

Meta ads reach people before they start searching: scrolling Facebook, watching Instagram Reels, flicking through Stories. Done well, they create demand you'd never get from search alone. Done badly, they burn money on clicks that never become customers. As a Facebook ads agency, getting it done well is all we eat, sleep and dream about!

How we do Meta ads better

Running Meta ads well is about more than boosting posts and picking interests. It's about:

  • Learning who your best customers are, and what a new one is worth, before we spend a dollar
  • Making creative in deliberate variations, because on Meta the ad does most of the targeting
  • Checking every account daily with AI, with a person signing off every change
  • Judging results on the enquiries and sales in your own records, alongside what Meta reports

Better leads, and more of them.

We run Meta ads in five key areas. Scroll down or click one of the links below to learn more about each one:

Facebook and Instagram ads

Meta ads are Facebook advertising and Instagram advertising managed from one place, Meta Ads Manager. Because both apps sit on one system, one campaign can reach people on whichever app they use most, and the results can be compared side by side.

For most businesses, Facebook still reaches the widest local audience, while Instagram suits brands with strong visuals and a younger audience. We plan for both and let the results decide the split.

Meta Ads Manager results broken down by placement

Facebook Ads

Used by more than 3 billion people a month, and still the widest local reach for most Australian businesses.

Instagram Ads

More than 3 billion monthly users, and no better place for a brand that relies on visuals. Ads run with Facebook campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

Messenger

Ads that start a conversation, for businesses where a quick chat comes before a booking.

Creative is the biggest lever

On Meta, the ad itself does most of the targeting. The delivery system shows each ad to the people who respond to it, so the creative decides who sees it as much as any audience setting. That's why we plan, write and produce creative in deliberate variations: different angles, different opening seconds, different formats for Feed, Reels and Stories.

Then we read the results properly, keep what works and replace what doesn't. We'll tell you plainly when an ad is tired, when a new angle is needed, and when the problem is the page it sends people to.

Creative testing board grouping ads by angle and hook, with cost per result and frequency for each

Reels and Stories video

Vertical video with a strong first few seconds, made for the sound-on, swipe-fast placements.

Statics and carousels

Clear offers, reviews and comparisons, in sizes for every placement.

Catalogue ads

Product ads built from your feed for online stores, with retargeting to people who've already looked.

Campaigns we run

We run lead generation, sales, awareness and retargeting, and recruitment campaigns. Targeting on Meta has changed: detailed interests matter less than they did, because the system now finds the right people largely from the creative and the conversions you feed it. We still set what counts: the locations you serve, custom audiences from your website visitors and customer lists, and exclusions so you aren't paying to reach existing customers with offers meant for new ones.

Instant forms are quick to fill in, which makes leads cheap, but they're also easy to fill in without much thought. A landing page on your own site usually brings fewer, more serious enquiries, plus tracking you control. We test both and keep whichever brings more enquiries that turn into work.

Lead generation

To your own landing page or to instant forms, whichever brings better enquiries for you.

Sales

For online stores, including catalogue ads and Advantage+ sales campaigns.

Awareness and retargeting

Reach the right people in your area, then bring back the ones who showed interest.

Recruitment

When you need staff rather than customers.

Advantage+

Meta's automated campaigns, used where they help and with controls where they don't.

Leads you can count

Meta reports its own results, and it counts generously: someone who saw your ad and bought a week later through Google can show up in both platforms' reports. We set up the Meta pixel, the Conversions API and your conversion events properly, connect the numbers to Google Analytics 4, and judge results on the enquiries and sales you can see in your own records.

Cheap leads are easy on Meta. Good ones take more work. We look at which ads and forms bring enquiries that turn into real work, and steer budget towards them, even when that means paying more for each enquiry.

AI-assisted, approved by people

Meta's delivery system is already AI: Advantage+ audiences and placements decide who sees each ad. Our job is to feed it the right signals and keep it honest. Our agents check every account daily: spend, frequency, cost per result, tired creative and the leads in your own records. They flag an ad that's wearing out before results drop, and draft the next round of variations from what's working.

AI speeds up the creative too: first drafts of hooks, headlines and scripts, and versions sized for Feed, Reels and Stories. A person writes the brief, picks what runs and approves every ad before it goes live.

An account's rule book: targets, budget, brand rules, what workflows can apply and what waits for a person

Daily account checks

Spend, frequency, cost per result and lead quality, checked every day.

More creative variations

AI drafts hooks, headlines and resized versions, so we can test more angles each month.

Advantage+, with the right signals

The pixel, Conversions API, exclusions and conversion goals that tell Meta's AI who to find.

A person approves every ad

Every new ad, audience and budget change is signed off by a person.

What working with our Facebook ads agency looks like

You work with a small team who knows your account well, backed by AI agents that check performance every day. Here's how a typical month runs for a client:

  • Creative testing. New ads go live each month, each built to answer one question about your market: which offer, angle or format works best.
  • Daily checks. Spend, frequency and cost per result are checked every day, and any change is signed off by a person.
  • Budget moves. Budget shifts towards the ads and campaigns bringing in the best enquiries or sales.
  • A monthly report. What we spent, what it brought in, what testing taught us and what's next.

Social media advertising as part of your growth plan

Facebook advertising works best as one part of a wider plan. Meta ads create demand among people who aren't searching yet, and Google search captures the people who are. We look at how your social media ads and search work together, so growth in one channel is measured against what's happening in the others. Creative and media buying sit with the same team, so what we learn from the ads shapes the next round straight away.

Markets and industries we know

We run Meta advertising for ecommerce brands, home builders, healthcare, not-for-profits and B2B businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Every client's market is different, so we start by learning what your customers care about and what a new one is worth, then build the performance plan around it.

Some love from the brands we've worked with

Jason and Foresight Digital team are amazing guys ! We worked with them of few projects and they have been always professional, reasonable with clear expectations and goals. Would definitely love to work with them again.

Thanks so much Foresight for your amazing contribution to BN Healthy's marketing efforts. As our Marketing Executive, I can safely say our team be lost without your intelligent insights, ongoing determination and obvious experience. Keep up the great work guys!

What are Meta ads?

Meta ads are paid ads that run across Meta's apps: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Audience Network of partner apps. You set them up in Meta Ads Manager, choose a goal such as leads or sales, and Meta shows your ads to the people it predicts are most likely to respond.

How do Meta ads work?

You set a goal, a budget and the area or audience you want to reach, and upload your ads. Meta runs an auction each time someone scrolls, and shows the ads it predicts will get the result you asked for. The pixel and Conversions API tell Meta who went on to enquire or buy, so it can find more people like them.

How much does it cost to hire a Facebook ad agency?

Our Meta ads management starts at $5,000 a month including creative, plus your ad spend. You pay two things: your ad spend, which goes to Meta, and the agency's management fee. Most agencies charge a fixed monthly fee, a percentage of spend, or a mix, and some charge separately for creative. We give you a fixed quote once we understand your goals.

How much do Meta ads cost?

Our Meta ads management starts at $5,000 a month including creative, plus your ad spend. You set the budget, so Meta ads cost as much or as little as you choose. What matters is what each result costs, and that varies widely by industry, audience, creative and how competitive the time of year is. A small test budget run for a few weeks tells you more than any average figure.

How do I choose a Facebook ads agency?

Ask how they make and test creative, how often they check your account, who approves changes, and how they'll measure leads or sales beyond Meta's own reports. Ask to see the creative they've made for others. An agency that can't explain why an ad worked will struggle to repeat it.

Who is Meta's advertising agency?

Meta doesn't assign businesses an agency. You can run ads yourself in Meta Ads Manager, or hire an independent agency like Foresight Digital to plan, create and manage them for you. Meta has its own sales and support teams for very large advertisers.
