Brands that reach the same families

Child care is chosen by parents, and we market to parents every day: baby carriers, maternity care, kids' lunchboxes and family services.

What our clients say

The Foresight team understood my brand and my messaging so quickly. I think what makes them different is not only the detail they go into but the care factor about your business. I felt reassured and confident at every step with Foresight and am now loving the scaling process.

The challenges centres face

Filling places has become harder as new centres open faster than families arrive. Estimated occupancy in centre-based day care fell from 81.8% in December 2023 to 76.1% in December 2025, and 30,280 fewer children used approved care in the June quarter of 2026 than a year earlier. Families have more choice, and they take their time deciding.

More places than families in many suburbs

Approved places have grown faster than the number of children in care, and state averages hide local oversupply. Centres in crowded catchments carry the most risk, even when they are well run, so you need to win families in your own few suburbs.

Parents trust other parents first

In the Care for Kids 2025 Parent Survey, reviews from other parents were the most important factor in choosing a service, ahead of vacancies and educational programs. About half of parents start with a centre in mind, yet almost six in ten stay open to other options.

The tour decides the enrolment

The tour is where families first meet your educators and see your rooms. Enquiries need a prompt, personal reply and a tour booked while the family is still keen. Slow follow-up sends them to the centre down the road.

Fees and subsidies confuse families

Since 5 January 2026 the 3 Day Guarantee gives eligible families at least 72 hours of subsidised care a fortnight, but it doesn't guarantee a place and most families still pay a gap fee. In Victoria, participating long day care centres also pass on a Free Kinder offset. Families want to know what they will actually pay.

What Foresight solves for child care

Be the centre parents find nearby

We optimise your Google Business Profile and centre pages for local searches, and publish your fees, hours, age groups and programs in plain text. We keep those details consistent across your website, Google and StartingBlocks.gov.au.

A Google Business Profile with its rating, opening hours, booking button and latest update

Turn searches into booked tours

We run Google Ads on searches like "childcare near me" and send families to a page built for one job: booking a tour. Each centre gets its own suburb, rooms and next available tour times.

Put parent reviews to work

We help you ask happy families for reviews, reply to every review professionally, and run Meta ads to parents in your catchment. Any photos of children are used only with written consent from their families.

Track every enquiry to enrolment

We track each family from first click to enquiry, tour and enrolment, by centre. Spend then goes to the rooms with vacancies and the rooms you can staff, and pauses when a room fills.

Standing out in your local area

Families rarely travel far for care, so your real competitors are the few centres a short drive from home or work. We look at each competitor in your area: their fees, ratings, reviews, programs and what they say in their ads. Then we find what makes your centre unique and lead with it.

That might be a kinder program led by a qualified teacher, a bush kinder, an onsite cook, long opening hours for shift workers or educators who have been with you for years. Whatever it is, we make it the reason families book a tour.

Your centre is part of a community, and that is one of the best ways to attract families. We encourage you to share local events, open days and links with nearby schools and libraries on your Google Business Profile and social channels, and we help happy families leave reviews that mention what they love.

When you consider where to spend, start with the rooms you need to fill. We put budget into the age groups and centres with vacancies, and pull back once a waitlist forms.

Questions

Can we promote our NQS rating in our marketing?

Yes. Services rated Working Towards, Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standard can request the NQS rating logo on the national registers. Using the logo is voluntary and it doesn't replace the rating certificate you must display near your entrance. We keep every rating claim in your ads and pages matched to your current rating.

When should we start marketing for next year's enrolments?

Before January. Review your website, Google listing, tours and enquiry process ahead of the new enrolment year, so families who start looking in spring find accurate details and can book a tour straight away.

What do you measure for a child care centre?

Enquiries, tours booked, tours completed, enrolments and waitlist additions for each centre, plus the cost of each. That shows which suburbs, rooms and campaigns fill places, and where to spend less.
