Who we are

Foresight Digital, a trading name of Artlivemedia Pty Ltd (ABN 57 602 060 855), is a marketing agency based at Suite 415, 585 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, business, role, email, phone and website, when you fill in a form, run our free AI visibility check, book a call, sign up for emails or contact us.
  • What you tell us about your business, such as your marketing, budget and goals.
  • How you use our website: pages visited, the device and browser, and where you came from, through cookies and similar tools.
  • If you're a client, the information we need to run your marketing, such as access to your ad and analytics accounts.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, run the check you asked for, and send you the results.
  • To provide and improve our services, and to manage our relationship with clients.
  • To send you marketing emails if you've agreed or we're otherwise allowed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it within five working days.
  • To measure and improve our own advertising.

We don't sell personal information.

Cookies, pixels and the tools we use

Our website uses tools from other companies that may set cookies or collect information about your visit, including Google Analytics (to see how people use our website; with Google signals, Google can also link visits to signed-in Google accounts for reporting and ad measurement), the Meta pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (for advertising and measurement), YouTube (for the video ads we show) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). We also set one cookie of our own: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, it remembers which one for 30 days, so we know which campaign led to your enquiry. Booking a call uses our own booking page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and adjust ad settings in your Meta, Google and LinkedIn accounts. To stop Google Analytics measuring your visits, use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

When you book a call with us, the booking also includes the pages you looked at and the free tools you used on our website beforehand, so we can prepare for the call. This list is kept in your own browser for up to 30 days, is sent to us only if you book, and is stored with your booking. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Seeing which companies visit our website

When someone visits our website from a company's own network, we look up which organisation that network belongs to, so we can see, for example, that someone from a company read our Google Ads page. This works at the company level only: we never try to identify you as a person. We don't keep your internet address; we keep a scrambled version that can't be turned back into it, the company name, the pages viewed, the page you came from (when your browser shares it) and the date. Visits from home and mobile connections are left out.

How we use AI

We use AI tools in our work, including in our free AI visibility check, which asks AI assistants (such as OpenAI's) about your business the way a buyer would. When you run a check, your website address and business details are sent to that provider to get the answer. We also use AI to draft reports, check ad accounts and summarise information for our team.

No decision that significantly affects you is made by AI alone. Our check scores and ranks results automatically to show you where you stand, and a person reviews anything we recommend before we act on it. If you'd like to know more about how an automated result about you was produced, ask us at [email protected].

If you connect an ad account for an audit

If you choose to connect your Google Ads or Meta ad account for an automated audit, we ask for read-only access, use it only to run the audit you asked for, make no changes to your account, and delete or revoke the access as soon as the audit finishes. We keep your contact details and the audit's findings; the detailed account data we read is deleted within 30 days.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run our business (such as the tools above, our email, accounting and hosting providers), our professional advisers, and anyone we're required to by law. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

Keeping it safe

We store information with reputable providers, limit who can see it, and delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: November 2026 (draft for review).
