Not-for-profit brands we've worked with

What our clients say
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you and I can’t thank you enough
Thanks for all your hard work and support! We’re pretty rapt with the whole thing.
NFP brand challenges
Let's start by saying it: you do amazing work. We admire your courage, your tenacity and your drive to make the world a better place.
Our job as your not for profit marketing agency is to turn that passion into marketing that serves your mission and your values, and it's a privilege to feel part of the difference you make.
We know the challenges. Fewer than three in ten Australian taxpayers claim a donation, supporters are harder to reach, and the work usually happens on a tight budget.
Ad Grants that go unspent
Google gives eligible charities up to US$10,000 a month in search ads, with strict rules: smart bidding, conversion tracking and a 5% click-through rate. Miss the click-through rate two months running and the account can be paused.
Fewer donors, bigger gifts
Fewer than 30% of taxpayers claim a gift deduction, while the people who do give are giving more. Every donor you find, and keep, matters more than it used to.
One month that matters most
June is the biggest month for giving. On GiveNow, more than a third of one-off donations over the past decade were made in June. Miss the EOFY window and you wait a year.
Regular givers who drift away
Regular gifts give you income you can plan around, if donors stay. One analysis of charity data found 42% of new regular givers cancelled within their first 12 months.
What Foresight solves for not for profit brands
Google Ad Grants
Ad Grants are notoriously hard to spend. We took Relationships Australia Victoria from using 62% to 93% of its monthly grant, and CBM spent its entire grant by month three. We keep accounts within the click-through and conversion rules, and back the grant with paid digital advertising to drive donations and fundraising.

Long-term donor audience building
Search engine optimisation and good content planning are how you thrive in digital for the long run. Every new visitor from search is a gift that keeps giving, because you don't pay for each visit.

Donor automation and CRM programs
Once someone gives, there's plenty to do: sharing the work you do with them, keeping them close, and encouraging regular and recurring gifts. We make it clear whether a gift is one-off or ongoing and how to change it, as the national fundraising principles ask.

Appeals timed for when people give
June is the big one. We plan EOFY appeals early: audiences built before the appeal opens, creative tested, and budget moved to where donations peak. For the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation, conversion value rose 246% during the June campaign.

Who AI recommends right now
Every month we ask ChatGPT what one type of buyer would ask. This one is a donor choosing a children's charity. It isn't your exact question, so run our free check to see your own. Is your business on the list?

Questions
Is our charity eligible for Google Ad Grants?
In Australia, Google asks for ACNC registration, DGR status with the ATO and income tax exemption, and its partner Goodstack verifies you. Government bodies, hospitals and schools can't apply, though their charitable foundations and philanthropic arms can.
Can you run our Ad Grant and paid ads together?
Yes. The grant only covers search ads on Google, and anything more runs in a separate paid account. We manage both so they work together: the grant for the searches it can win, and paid search and social for appeals, retargeting and everything else.
When should we start planning our EOFY appeal?
Well before June. June is the peak month for giving, so we like audiences, creative, landing pages and donation tracking ready before the month starts, with time to test.
