How we use AI

AI builds our tools and does the checking. People make every decision.

5.0 on Google

We're an AI native agency, which means AI is built into how we work every day. We use AI agents: software that follows our own written methods to check accounts, pull data and write first drafts.

That makes us faster to spot problems and lets us test more ideas. But your money, your brand and your customers deserve a person who is accountable. So people set the strategy, a person approves every campaign, ad, report and piece of content before it goes anywhere, and a person signs off every rule our workflows follow.

Here's exactly how that works.

Our philosophy: build the harness

Most agencies use AI by writing it long instructions and hoping it follows them. It mostly does. But the longer the job, the more it drifts: a step skipped, a check forgotten, a rule bent. In marketing, one skipped check can cost a client real money.

So we do it the other way round. We use AI to build software, fast, and the software becomes the harness the AI works inside. Our rules live in the code: nothing goes live without a person's sign-off, every result we quote is checked against its source, every stage of an audit has to finish before the next one starts. A rule written in code can't be forgotten on a busy day.

It's cheaper too. Work that's the same every time runs as plain code, which costs next to nothing to run. AI is saved for the judgement, the writing and the spotting, where it earns its keep. You get faster, more thorough work, and you don't pay for AI to do what a script does better.

What we've built with it

In a matter of weeks, our team used AI to build our own control panel: one place that runs the agency, with the rules built in. It's built to replace Slack, Notion, Loom, Granola, Calendly and Google Forms for us, and it's covered by more than 1,000 automated tests that run before any change goes in.

AI agents with checkpoints

Every audit and analysis runs in stages, and the software checks each stage is done before the next starts. Changes wait for a person.

A proof library

Every result and testimonial word for word, with its source, checked before anyone can quote it.

Daily account checks

Agents check accounts every day and raise what needs a human eye: a broken conversion, a runaway search term.

Reports and deliverables

First drafts written by AI, reviewed and approved by the person who owns the client, then filed to the client's own space.

AI visibility checks

We ask the AI assistants your customers use who they recommend, the way a buyer would, and track the answer.

Rules you can't skip

Approval steps, spend limits and brand rules are enforced by the software itself.

Why it's better for you

Consistent

The same checks, in the same order, on every account, every day. A busy week doesn't change the quality.

Faster

What used to take a person a morning, an agent drafts in minutes, so our people spend their time on strategy and on you.

Lower cost

Repeatable work runs as code that costs almost nothing, so more of your budget goes into work that moves the numbers.

Accountable

Every change has a person's name on it. You always deal with a human who knows your business.

Under the hood, for the technically minded

If you like to know how things work, this is the part for you. Every piece of work on your account runs through our own control panel, so it's connected, visible and checked.

Every SMART goal mapped to every task

Each goal is specific, measurable and dated, and every task in the panel links back to the goal it serves. You can see why any piece of work exists.

A rule book for your account, built by AI

From the strategy we agree, AI writes the rules your account follows: targets, budgets, brand terms, what can change and what can't. Every task checks itself against them, so the account stays on track with the plan.

An account's rule book: targets, budget, brand rules, what workflows can apply and what waits for a person

Agent observability

We can see every step an agent took: what it read, what it checked, what it suggested and what it cost. Nothing happens out of sight.

More under the hood

Every workflow runs from our panel

Your audits, checks, reports and campaign work all run from one control panel, each linked directly to the business outcomes you've set with us.

Drift checks

Long jobs are where AI drifts. We check each agent's work against your rule book and its own past results, and flag anything wandering from the plan before it costs you.

Chat with your agent

Ask a plain-English question about your account and get an answer drawn from your live data, with where each number came from.

Work that was never affordable before

Checking every search term, every placement and every landing page every day, watching what AI tools say about you, testing many more ad variations: work that would take a person too many hours to be worth a budget.

Testing workflows that run on their own

Some jobs are the same every time and have a right answer. We're testing agentic workflows that apply your rule book to these by themselves, so results come sooner and scale further.

Proved before they run

Each workflow is tested against months of past data and in a sandbox, until it gives the same answer a specialist on our team would.

Hundreds of small fixes a week

Adding a wasted search term as a negative, pausing an ad whose page is broken, keeping a budget on pace: each done within minutes of being spotted.

People set every rule

A person writes and signs off each rule before a workflow can apply it. New campaigns, ads, budget and bidding changes still wait for a person.

Every change logged

Each change a workflow makes is recorded with the rule behind it, so we can show you what happened and why, and reverse it if needed.

What AI does

Daily account checks

Agents check your ad accounts every day, so a broken conversion, a runaway search term or a budget problem is flagged the same day.

First drafts of reports

Agents pull your numbers and draft the weekly and monthly write-ups, ready for your account manager to check and finish.

Ad copy and content drafts

AI drafts ad copy and content following your tone of voice and the rules in your brand notes, so we can test more angles.

Audits

Agents score your accounts against our audit framework and flag the issues that must always be fixed. Audits look and recommend. They change nothing.

AI visibility checks

We check whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers name your business when people ask who to buy from.

Spotting what's changed

Flagging the shifts in each account, from a jump in cost per lead to a new search term, for a person to look at.

What people do

Set the strategy

Your goals, budget, channels and priorities are decided by people who know your business.

Approve every change

Every campaign, ad, budget and bidding change is approved by a person before it goes live, and so is every rule a workflow follows.

Sign off every report and piece of content

Every report, every ad and every piece of content is reviewed and approved by a person before you see it.

Talk to you

You always deal with a human who knows your account, explains the why and answers your questions.

An agent's run, step by step: what it read, the rules it checked, what it found, a held change and the logged fixes

Nothing goes live without sign-off

When an agent suggests a new campaign, ad group or ad, an edit to an existing ad, a significant budget change or a bidding change, it's staged for review: written up and held until a person on our team checks it and gives the go-ahead. When in doubt, it waits.

Reports and other deliverables work the same way. Every draft goes into a review queue first, and only reaches you once a person approves it. Before anything is shared, we also run a quality check against the data and what we know about your business.

Why so strict? AI is fast and confident, and sometimes it's wrong. Spending your money and speaking in your brand's voice should always have a person behind it.

How we look after your data

Your accounts and information are handled carefully, with clear rules:

  • We connect to your ad and analytics accounts only through our agency's own accounts and official connections, with the access you've granted us
  • Passwords and access keys are kept in a dedicated password vault, never written into our code or shared files
  • Each client's information lives in its own space, and nothing from one client's account is used in another client's work
  • Team members work only on the clients they look after
  • Before any analysis or draft, our agents read your goals, budget, sensitivities and history, so the work fits your business

If you have questions about how we handle your data, ask us. We're happy to walk you through it.

Questions about AI? Glad you asked!

Can your AI change my ad account on its own?

No. Agents can suggest changes, but new campaigns, ads, ad edits, significant budget changes and bidding changes are staged for review, and only go live after a person on our team approves them.

Does a person read my report before I get it?

Yes. AI writes the first draft from your data, then a person checks it against the numbers and what we know about your business, fixes anything that's off and signs it off.

Will AI-written ads sound like my brand?

That's the job of the person reviewing them. AI drafts from your tone of voice and brand rules, and every ad is approved by a person before it runs.

Why does an AI native agency matter to me?

Google and Meta now run on AI, and more people ask AI who to buy from. An agency that uses AI every day understands those systems better, catches problems sooner and tests more ideas, while people keep the judgement calls.
