Messages to send
Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help a business's local ranking (Google Business Profile Help). Business details come from Google Maps search results. Your QR code is made in your browser.
Want more calls from Google Maps?
Reviews are one part of showing up in the map. We help local businesses with the rest: their profile, their website and their ads.

How to use your Google review link
The link opens Google's review box for your business straight away, so your customer doesn't have to search for you first. The fewer taps between a happy customer and the review box, the more reviews you get.
- Send it the same day, while the job is fresh: by text, in your invoice email, or in your follow-up message.
- Print the card and keep it on the counter, in the van, or with the paperwork you leave behind.
- Put the QR code on your receipts, flyers and quotes.
Why reviews matter
Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help a business's local ranking, and they're what people read before they call. Ask every happy customer, and reply to every review, good or bad.
How it finds your business
Put in your business name and suburb, and we search Google Maps for it. You can look up a few businesses for free. If you'd rather, paste the review link from your Google Business Profile (choose Ask for reviews, then copy the link) and the tool makes the QR code from that. Your QR code is made in your browser.
Questions people ask
How do I find my Google review link?
Put your business name and suburb into the tool above and pick your business. Or, in your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link it gives you.
Does the link work on phones?
Yes. It opens your Google review box on a phone or a computer, so it works in a text message as well as an email.
Can I offer customers something for a review?
No. Google's rules don't allow paying for reviews or offering a discount or gift in return. Ask every customer the same way, and let them write what they like.
