Our Results

Initially engaged to grow BN Healthy’s market share beyond bariatric supplements, our partnership quickly expanded to include both its Australian and New Zealand businesses. Through paid digital, creative strategy and ecommerce optimisation, we delivered a 45% average year-on-year sales uplift against the previous agency and 24% growth against our own performance.

Our Results

Managing a paid digital program with more than $4 million in annual ad spend, we redefined performance benchmarks across the account. Within 30–60 days, we reduced cost per click by 47%, achieved landing page views for just 15 cents, and increased return on ad spend by 51%.

We optimised RAV's Google Ad Grant program to maximise monthly funding while improving campaign performance. Through strategic conversion tracking, ongoing search optimisation and campaign refinement, we increased monthly grant utilisation from 62% to 93%, lifted conversion rate by 39% year-on-year, and reduced bounce rates by more than 32%.
